Do I need to be located in Chicago to work with you?
For in-person needs, you do need to be located in Chicago so I can travel to you. For virtual assistance, you can be located anywhere after we have an initial intake call. If travel, whether domestic or international, is needed for the job, I am able to accommodate this on a case-by-case agreement.
Do you offer packages or retainers?
Yes, I offer monthly retainers in three levels of support as well as project-based quotes.
What types of clients do you typically work with?
I work with executives, founders, households, and organizations managing layered personal and professional projects. My clients value discretion, excellent communication, and proactive operational support.
Do you offer short-term or temporary support?
I accept project-based engagements for defined initiatives such as relocations, event execution, or systems restructuring. Availability for these engagements is limited.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. Client privacy is extremely important to me, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for any service that involves sensitive information, home access, or travel details.

I bring strong analytical skills, proficiency in project management software, and years of experience in executive support. How do we begin working together?
Engagements begin with an initial consultation to assess alignment, scope, and expectations. If mutually aligned, you will receive a structured proposal outlining services, communication cadence, and pricing.
Travel
I’d need you to regularly travel, can you accommodate this?
Yes. I work with clients whose personal and professional lives span multiple cities and countries. Travel-related support is structured in advance to ensure clarity. On-site support may be arranged based on scope and availability. All travel expectations are defined at the outset of the engagement.
Can you plan international trips?
Yes. For ongoing clients, international travel coordination is integrated into broader operational support. This may include itinerary structuring, logistics research, booking oversight, documentation organization, and coordination with local providers. I bring particular familiarity with Nordic and North Atlantic destinations, and specialize in proving travel planning in Iceland and the Faroe Islands.
