Do I need to be located in Chicago to work with you?
For in-person needs, you do need to be located in Chicago so I can travel to you. For virtual assistance, you can be located anywhere after we have an initial intake call. If travel, whether domestic or international, is needed for the job, I am able to accommodate this on a case-by-case agreement.
Do you work with one-time clients?
Yes, absolutely. Whether it’s one project or weekly support, I’m happy to help. I generally have a two-hour minimum for one-time tasks.
How quickly can you start?
I can usually start within 3-7 days. Availability varies, but small tasks may be accommodated sooner. I do have a rush fee that allows me to complete your project in a tighter timeframe.
Do you offer packages or retainers?
Yes, I offer weekly and monthly packages in 10, 15, or 20 hours of ongoing support. This guarantees time each month and saves money compared to hourly billing.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Yes. Client privacy is extremely important to me, and I’m happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement for any service that involves sensitive information, home access, or travel details.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations. This will be specified in your contract based on the project. Late cancellations will incur a fee of one hour’s work or equivalent due to time reserved.
