Policies

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Services are available by appointment only.
  • A 2-hour minimum applies to in-person services/ services requiring transportation.
  • Services can be scheduled via email or call after completing the initial inquiry form.
  • A contract will be provided to be signed before services begin.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Payments accepted: Card or Bank Transfer via Stripe
  • For monthly packages and flat-rate services, invoices are due in full before the start of the service.
  • Time is billed in 15-minute increments.
  • Hourly services require an initial deposit of two hour’s work then are billed weekly or upon completion of the task.
  • I cannot make large purchases or do extensive personal shopping or booking without a card on file.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  • For packages, cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of package value. For hourly services estimated to be less than 10 hours, cancellation will incur a fee of 2 hours’ work.
  • No-shows may be billed at the full rate. Once a service has begun, the agreed upon hours cannot be refunded.

4. Mileage & Errand Fees

  • Multi-stop errands, deliveries, and long commutes include a $0.65/mile mileage fee to and from my location.
  • Parking, tolls, and rideshare costs are billed to the client.
  • If it takes over 45 minutes to reach your location to begin the services, I charge a commute fee of $20 per 30 minutes to and from the location.
  • Errand services are billed from when I leave my location to when I return. I will provide an estimate of all costs on a case-by-case basis.

5. Packages & Memberships

  • Monthly hours must be used within 30 days of purchase.
  • Hours cannot roll over to the next month.
  • Hours are non-refundable and must be used for personal assistant services.
  • Additional hours are billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • Packages renew monthly unless paused or canceled within the standards listed above.

6. Travel Planning Policies

  • Travel planning fees are non-refundable due to the nature of research and itinerary work.
  • Booking changes are subject to vendor policies and may incur additional time billed.
  • Some travel partners may pay commission at no extra cost to the client.

7. Home Access & Key Handling

  • Clients may grant access via keys, codes, concierge, or lockboxes.
  • A keyholder agreement may be required for recurring access.
  • Keys or codes are stored securely and never shared.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential.
  • NDAs are available on request.
  • Sensitive information (documents, schedules, passwords) is stored securely.
  • Photos of your space or projects will never be shared without explicit consent.

9. Safety & Boundaries

  • I do not perform tasks that involve danger, heavy lifting beyond safe limits, or illegal activities.
  • Pets must be secured during in-home tasks unless otherwise discussed.
  • I reserve the right to decline or stop a task that feels unsafe or outside the agreed-upon scope.
  • For personal assistant tasks, I cannot provide childcare, drive other vehicles, drive other individuals in my vehicle, or clean your home outside of light organization.

10. Supplies & Materials

  • Organizational supplies, bins, labels, and decor are purchased by the client.
  • I can shop for products in-person or online; shopping time is billed hourly.
  • Receipts are provided for all purchases.

11. Communication

  • Communication is available via text or email during business hours.
  • I will provide a detailed contract at the start of the services to be referred to by both parties throughout our partnership.
  • Communication after 6pm may be answered the next day, unless previously discussed.
  • Emergency or last-minute requests may incur a rush fee.

12. Professionalism

  • I will always treat your home, family, and personal information with respect and care.
  • I arrive on time and prepared for each session.
  • If I am unable to offer previously agreed upon services due to illness or unforeseen life circumstances, you will receive a full refund for hours not worked.

13. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details about the task or project.
  • Disclose safety hazards (broken steps, pets, allergens, etc.).
  • Provide necessary access (keys, codes, instructions).
  • Communicate changes, expectations, and special requests clearly.

14. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If something is not completed as expected, please inform me within 24 hours.
  • I will happily adjust, correct, or refine the work whenever possible.
  • Your satisfaction is my top priority!
