These policies establish the operational framework for all engagements with EY Client Solutions.

Clear scope, structured communication, and defined expectations support thoughtful and effective partnership. Formal contracts and service agreements are provided at the beginning of each engagement.

This approach ensures discretion, clarity, and continuity throughout our work together.

Engagement Structure

Ongoing services are offered on a monthly retainer basis unless otherwise agreed. Retainers are structured to provide consistent availability and proactive support within a defined scope.


Payment Terms

Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Project engagements require a deposit to secure time allocation, with remaining balance due according to agreed milestones.

Late payments may result in paused services.


Scope & Hours

Retainers include a defined number of hours per month.
Additional time beyond scope is billed at the agreed rate or may require retainer adjustment.

Unused hours do not roll over unless specified.


Travel Requirements

If on-site or travel support is required, arrangements are discussed and confirmed in advance. Travel-related expenses are covered by the client.


Confidentiality

Discretion is foundational to all engagements.
Formal confidentiality agreements may be executed upon request.


Notice & Termination

Retainer engagements require 30 days’ written notice to conclude services unless otherwise specified.
